Following the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, the Executive led by the new CEO set out to determine the future strategic direction of one of South Africa’s leading financial services businesses. The project required the development of a campaign to share this new strategy with all 6500 staff in South Africa and across the African continent where Liberty has presence.
Focusing on the three core strategic principles (Sharpened Focus, Market Relevance and Group Leverage), the campaign included a number of engaging and memorable platforms to communicate the new strategy to staff.
