Selected pages from a comprehensive investor brochure created for the development of a number of 5-star boutique hotels across southern Africa. Each boutique hotel would feature a different design aesthetic unique to its indigenous surroundings. To this purpose, the brochure had to capture a sense of location and authenticity without being too prescriptive in its design and description.
